1、探讨IDEAL序列的临床应用王斐斐,程敬亮*,张会霞,王琳琳,孙梦恬,张晓楠,林亚楠,杨璐郑州大学第一附属医院磁共振科,河南郑州450052摘要:目的探讨三点法非对称性水脂分离成像(iterativedecompositionofwaterandfatwithechoasymmetryandleast-squaresestimation,IDEAL)序列的临床应用。方法收集我院60例行IDEAL序列扫描的检查图像,其中脊柱18例,关节25例,软组织17例。所有病例均行常规T2WI、频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI及IDEALT2WI序列扫描,对常规FSET2WI和IDEALT2WI同相位图像
2、、频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI和IDEALT2WI水像图像的图像质量及压脂效果进行对比分析。结果IDEALT2WI序列一次扫描可获得4组图像,即同相位、反相位、水像和脂像,本组所有病例所获得同相位和水像图像质量清晰、水像脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠。本组所有病例的常规T2WI图像质量清晰;25例频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI图像清晰、脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠,15例出现压脂不均匀,从而影响图像质量及临床诊断。结论IDEAL序列简捷有效,一次性扫描可获得多组图像,其同相位和水像图像质量清晰、脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠,IDEAL技术在MRI检查中的常规应用具有广阔前景。关键词:磁共振成像;关节;脊柱;软组织;三

6、,waterimageandfatimage.AllcasesobtainedclearimagequalityoftheinphaseandwaterimageofIDEALT2WI,andthefatsuppressioneffectwasuniformityandreliable.FSET2WIimagequalitieswereclearinallcases.Fateffectwerereliablein35casesoffrequencyselectionsaturatedmethodFSET2WI,andunevenin25casesaccordinglytoinflunc
