1、探讨IDEAL序列的临床应用王斐斐，程敬亮*，张会霞，王琳琳，孙梦恬，张晓楠，林亚楠，杨璐郑州大学第一附属医院磁共振科，河南郑州450052摘要：目的探讨三点法非对称性水脂分离成像（iterativedecompositionofwaterandfatwithechoasymmetryandleast-squaresestimation,IDEAL）序列的临床应用。方法收集我院60例行IDEAL序列扫描的检查图像，其中脊柱18例，关节25例，软组织17例。所有病例均行常规T2WI、频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI及IDEALT2WI序列扫描，对常规FSET2WI和IDEALT2WI同相位图像
2、、频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI和IDEALT2WI水像图像的图像质量及压脂效果进行对比分析。结果IDEALT2WI序列一次扫描可获得4组图像，即同相位、反相位、水像和脂像，本组所有病例所获得同相位和水像图像质量清晰、水像脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠。本组所有病例的常规T2WI图像质量清晰；25例频率选择饱和法压脂T2WI图像清晰、脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠，15例出现压脂不均匀，从而影响图像质量及临床诊断。结论IDEAL序列简捷有效，一次性扫描可获得多组图像，其同相位和水像图像质量清晰、脂肪抑制效果均匀可靠，IDEAL技术在MRI检查中的常规应用具有广阔前景。关键词：磁共振成像；关节；脊柱；软组织；三
