4、mypeopletothepeopleofAmerica.However,justbeforecominghere,theVicePresidenttoldmethathewouldliketohavemesayafewwordstoyou.Iamnotaverygoodextemporaneousspeaker;infact,Iamnospeakeratall;butIamnotsoverymuchdiscouraged,becauseafewdaysagoIwasatHydePark,andwenttothePresident'slibrary.So
