1、宴会施工安全协议及守则Objective目的Thereispreparedforthepurposeofensuringthelifeandpropertysafety,preventingaccidentsandeliminatingtheoccurrenceofillegalactsandaccidents.为了确保酒店所有人的生命财产安全，防止意外事故和杜绝违章行为的发生。Procedures1.Complywithrelevantstatelawsandregulationsaswell

2、asthevariousrulesandregulationsofthehotel.遵守国家相关的法律法规以及酒店的各项规章制度。2.AIIconstructionworkersmustholdtheirownIDcardortemporaryresidencepermitandthisagreementtoLPDepartmenttogetTemporaryEntryPermit.所有施工（搭建）人员必须持本人身份证或暂住证和本协议，到防损部办理"临时出入证〃。3.Thestaffentran

3、ceistheonlywaytogoinandoutofthehotel.Entrypermitshouldbewornallthetimewithinthehotelandyoushouldacceptexaminationfromthehotelsecurityguardatanytime.进出酒店必须走员工出入口，在酒店范围内必须佩戴〃临时出入证"并随时接受酒店防损员的检查。4.AnyconstructionworkersmustregisterattheLpDepartmentwhene

4、nteringthehotel.FlammableordangerousgoodscannotbecarriedintohotelunlessundertheapprovalofLPMrandshouldbeputinthedesignatedplaceandkeepbydesignatedperson.Afterconstruct!oniscompleted,constructionworkersshouldcarryleavingpermitsentbyrelevantdepartmenta

5、ndgiveequipmentormaterialstoLPassociatetocheckbeforeleavingthehotel.任^施工人员进入酒店必须到防损部登记。如携带易燃或危险品必须经防损部经理同意才可进入酒店，并应按指定地点存放，指定专人保管。施工结束后，施工人员携带设备或材料离开酒店需持有相关部门发出的出门证并交给防损员审查。1.Nosmokingwithinthehotelandconstructionworkersarenotallowedtoenterthenon-con

6、structionarea.酒店范围内严禁吸烟,施工人员禁止进入非施工区域。2.Usingguesttoiletisstrictlyprohibited.施工人员严禁使用客人洗手间。3.Nopersoncanreside,sleep,cookorentertainintheconstructionsiteanditisforbiddentouseoreatalltypesofscrappeditemsfromthehotel;Ifunderspecialcircumstances#someone

7、needsareasonableplacetorestzTheymustcontacttheBanquetServiceinadvance.施工现场不得住人、睡觉、烧饭、娱乐。不得拿吃酒店的各类废弃用品；如遇特殊情况需要合理的休息场所,必须事先与宴会厅服务部联系。4.Duringconstruction,temporaryuseofelectricityshouldbeappliedbyEngineeringDepartmentandbeoperatedbyaqualifiedelectrici

8、ancomplyingwithelectricalspecificationsundertheguidanceofhotelEngineeringDepartment.Wire/cablearenotfreetobeplacedonthecarpetandshouldbeputintoslot/spoolorunderblackadhesivetape.Bundiesofwiremustusefireboard.施工临时用电需事先向酒店工程部提岀申请,在酒店工程部的指导下由持证电工进行作业,并符
