1、企业财务风险的分析与防范研究摘要：本文以财务风险为研究对象，以财务安全为目标进行系统而有条理的研究分析探讨。文章首先从企业财务风险的概念入手进行研究与分析，在此基础上再从企业财务风险可能产生的原因及危害分析，再进一步探讨财务风险的控制与防范的举措，最后再分析对于控制财务风险确保财务安全的实际意义，是企业管理一定不能忽略财务管理及其财务风险的管理，使企业能够降低企业的财务风险，保证企业能够正常合理的运行。研究表明，风险管理已成为财务管理中的至关重要的问题。科学管理是现代企业制度的重要内容，加强企业的科学管理特别是财务管理，是企业建立规范的现代管理制度、转换经营机制
