1、弯曲性模具设计摘要:木设计题目为弯曲成形模设计,是典型的弯曲模设计,反映了弯曲件设计的要求,内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者对弯曲成形模基础知识的了解,为设计复杂成形模具,做好了铺垫和吸取更深刻的经验。木设计运用了冲裁和和成形工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了零件的成形成形工艺性,是否适合成形。然后计算了毛坯的尺寸及材料利用率,为选用板材做好了准备。最后分析制件的特征,确定合理的工艺参数,设计要点及推件,打料装置的选取。本制件用两套模具制造,冲裁模和弯曲模。冲裁模为倒装复合模,模具在一次行程中即落料乂冲孔,可以保证制件的位置精度。该模具设有弹性卸料装置
