1、随着我国经济发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，城市垃圾产生量也不断增加，垃圾处理越来越受到人们的重视。由于工业发达程度和生活水平的不同，不同国家和地区的垃圾组成存在差异，相应的垃圾处理也采取不同的方法。目前随着哈尔滨市的经济发展和城市化进程的加快，城市垃圾问题日益显现出来，城市垃圾处理也越来越受到重视。哈尔滨市的牛活垃圾处理现状具有一定的典型性，木课题针对哈尔滨市的城市牛活垃圾的种类、构成和数量及生活垃圾的处理现状进行调查，同时对哈尔滨市生活垃圾污染情况进行了解。在此基础上分析了哈尔滨市生活垃圾收集、处理现状的问题实质，并提
