1、发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中应用观察刘飞燕(商丘市第一人民医院新牛儿重症监护室NICU1河南商丘476100)［摘要］目的：观察发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中临床效果。方法:选择2014年1月至2015年11月我院新牛儿重症监护室早产儿70例作为研究对象，随机均分两组，各35例，其中对照组给予常规护理模式干预，观察组给予发展性照顾护理干预。比较两组患儿每日睡眠时间、体重恢复正常时间、住院时间及每日喂奶量，并比较两组患儿院内期间不良反应情况。结果：观察组患儿每日睡眠时间及喂奶量均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<

2、0.05)；观察组患儿体重恢复正常时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿不良反应发牛比率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：发展性照顾应用于新生儿重症监护室早产儿中，可有效提高患儿饮食需求量及睡眠质量，促进患儿体质恢复，提高预后效果，并有效减少不良反应发生。［关键词］:发展性照顾；新生儿重症监护室；早产儿；护理效果ApplicationofdevelopmentalcareinneonatalintensivecareunitLiuFeiyan(Departmentofneona
