1、DESCRIPTIONOFSERVICESGENERALDESCRIPTIONOFSERVICESCONTRACTORshallprovideathissolecostandexpenseallsupervision,labour,equipmentandmaterialsrequiredforperformaneeoftheServicesinaccordaneewiththetermsandprovisionsofthisContract.TheServicesshallgenerallyconsistoftheprovisionofAeratedMudServicesforDrill

2、ingOperationsforADCO'sWells,asandwhenrequestedbyADCOasmorefullydescribedandhereinafter.1.2TheServicesshallberequestedoncall-outbasis.SERVICESFORCONTRACTOR'SPERSONNELANDEQUIPMENT2.1Messina&AccommodationADCOshallprovideorarrangeatitscostandexpensemessingandaccommodation(bachelorstatus)atitsRigLocati

3、ons,foreachpersonprovidingServicesunderthisContract.SuchmessingandaccommodationprovidedbyADCOshall,asfaraspossible,betoastandardsimilartothatprovidedforADCO'sownstaffofsimilarstatus.2.2TransportationofEquipmentandPersonnel•ADCOshallprovideatitssolecostthetransportationofthepackageandpersonnelfromt

4、heCONTRACTOR’SbaseinAbuDhabitoADCO'slocation.•CONTRACTOR(asalternativeoption)responsiblefortransportinghisequipment/personnelfromthecontractor'sbaseinAbuDhabitoADCO'slocationwhenrequiredathissolecostandheshouldmeetADCO'sHSEpolicyfordesertdrivingandheshouldmeetgovernmentrequirementfortranspoliation

5、intheWesternRegionofAbuDhabi.•CONTRACTORisfullyresponsibleforloading/offloadingofhisequipmentathisbaseand/oratADCO'slocationatalltimes.•CONTRACTORmustensurehisequipmentaresuitableforliftingandslingingasperADCO'sHSEpoliciesandmustfollowcolorcodingguidelines.•CONTRACTORmustensurethathisequipmentissu

6、itablefordeserttransportation.2.3ADCOshallprovidetherequireddieselforoperatingtheequipmentassociatedtothisservice.3.PERSONNELTOBEPROVIDEDBYCONTRACTORCONTRACTORisresponsibletoprovidesufficientpersonneltomeetthefollowingconditions:•Operatetheequipment24Hrs/dayon12hrsshifts•Capableofprovidingoptimump
