5、ntroductionThereisbroadagreementthatstrategichumanresourcemanagement(SHRM)hasmadegreatstridesforafewyears.Severalfactorsaseconomic,technologicalanddemographicchangescontributedtoitwhilepushingcompaniestoreconsidertheplaceofHR,aswellastocarryoutachangeoftheirmodeofma
6、nagementandespeciallyoftheirHRMpractices.WeakeninginstitutionalconstraintsalsocontributedtothedevelopmentofHRflexiblepractices.Traditionally,HRMfunctionwasinchargeofprimarilyadministrativemanagementofhumanresources,controllingthemtominimizetheircosts.PartisansofSHRM
