1、水面漂浮物不仅造成水面航行困难，而且影响河道和库区的水质，而且对于水轮发电机组来说，漂浮物也是造成事故的一大隐患，如何及时进行水而漂浮物的清理成为一个至关重要的课题。为解决水面漂浮物急剧增多的现象，根据对现有的清理方案优缺点的分析和国内需求的研究，本文提出了一种专适用于大型水库坝前静水区域的清漂机构。采用可冋转的臂架和抓斗在坝前打捞漂浮物而且沿坝顶移动。为使抓捞可靠，设计了液压抓斗，本设计的液压抓斗由铲齿、转耙、支承及导向装置、台车架、液压系统等组成，铲齿为固定齿。为了使铲齿的齿尖能插入拦污栅栅叶面内，设计时,让铲齿的中心线与台车中心构成一夹角，转耙与
2、台车架校接，为活动齿，液压耙斗的开合均由液压系统控制，可根据污物的多少调节液压系统的压力值进行压污和抓污，不仅能满足垂直清污的运行要求，且不会因运行中阻力的变化而口行开合。由于采用抓斗和钢丝进行打捞工作，打捞深度可以根据需要任意调节，避免了类似铲斗打捞设备在水位较低时，铲斗无法达到水面清理漂浮物的问题。对于水库大坝范围内的水而漂浮物的清理，我们认为有轨道的抓斗清理机是更为有效地办法。本文针对清漂机各部分结构的主耍载荷和稳定性进行了计算与验证，以检查设计的可靠性。关键词：漂浮物水坝清漂机设计AbstractSurfacewatercausedbyfloa
