2、％。如何对物流园区的建设可行性进行科学评价是目前物流园区建设热潮中急需解决的问题。本文对物流园区可行性评价进行了研究，提出了一套综合评价指标体系和方法。首先，本文回顾了国内外物流园区建设现状以及国内外对物流园区的研究情况，对物流园区的概念作了比较详细的解释，并对物流园区、物流基地、物流中心等几个容易混淆的名词进行了辨析，这是对物流园区进行可行性评价的前提和基础。其次，通过分析物流园区建设和运营所涉及到的因素，构造了一套适合对物流园区可行性进行综合评价的指标体系。考虑到综合评价方法用到的指标体系比

3、较多，各个指标单位不统一且具有相关性，所以运用多元统计学中的因子分析方法对指标体系进行优化分类，构造了一套适合于可行性综合评价的指标体系。然后，根据物流园区可行性综合评价的特点，在众多的评价方法中进行选择，选用模糊综合评价方法对物流园区可行性进行综合评价。最后，运用前面构造的指标体系和评价模型对成都筹建某物流园区进行可行性评价，以验证本文前面所构造的指标体系和评价方法的有效性和科学性。关键词：可行性评价；物流园区；因子分析；SPSS；模糊综合评价法，AHP西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1I页A
