1、摘要目前采油厂已进入特高含水开采期,由于受大规模注聚的影响,污水处理难度加大,污水站出水水质变差,污水治理形势严峻。本文针对坨四污水站来水水质特点及所辖区块的地质要求,在合理改造原污水站的基础上,充分考虑到污水中含聚量的逐年升高的问题,筛选出与之相应的药剂,优化药剂投加方案,减缓腐蚀结垢速度,选择成熟、先进、可靠的新技术、新工艺,使处理后水质满足污水处理站所辖大部分油田的注水水质、水量要求。由实验结果可知,坨四来水自然沉降4小时除油率基本在60%左右,沉降效果不佳。加药沉降2h后,净化效果较好,水中悬浮物含量为12.Omg/L,含油量为1.
2、Omg/L。污水站改造规模为3.5X104m3/d,可满足该区块油田至2013年之内油田注水的要求。论文提出二种使污水处理合格的方案,并对两种方案进行了比较,给出推荐方案一,本工程投产后,可将来水(含油1100mg/L,悬浮物1lOmg/L)主要指标,处理达到地质条件要求《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》一SY/T5329—94的C2级标准。关键词:含聚污水,水质分析,气浮处理,工艺改造Tuosiwaterstationsandsewagetreatmentprocesstransformationofthefeasibilityst
