1、现代货币银行学论文设计我国利率市场化改革的研究系、部：经济与管理系小组成员：汪好唐怡芬姚思邓琪琪谢佳段奇文周黎周东阳指导教师：李长征专业：国际经济与贸易班级：国贸0804班完成时间：2010年10月摘要随着我国经济金融体制改革的发展和对外开放的日益扩大，利率市场化问题已作为一个重要改革内容提上议事日程。如何在目前我国市场经济体制得到初步发展，但又不完善的基础上进行利率改革，从而更有利于促进我国经济金融体制改革的进一步深化和融入经济金融全球一体化之中，是本文主要讨论的内容。第一章，主要对利率市场化的概念进行了界定，通过分析当前我国的利率市场化改革主要动因，指出利率市场化是我国金融深化的必然选

2、择。第二章，结合我国的具体情况，分析说明导致了我国利率市场化改革的缓慢进行的关键因素。第三章，对我国当前进行利率市场化改革的条件进行分析，在肯定我国利率改革的有利条件的同时，指出也存在不利条件，使我国利率市场化可能遇到阻力，从而为提出我国利率市场化改革措施作铺垫。第四章，在第三章分析的基础上，提出我国进行利率市场化的具体步骤设想，并针对市场化可能出现的风险，提出完善政策、弱化风险的配套改革措施。关键词利率市场化；利率管制；金融体系；ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofeconomicandfinancialsystemreformandexpandingopeningu
