7、保护的各个方面进行了研究,从系统硬件电路、软件、通信外扩等几部分描述了整个系统的设计过程。该作品可以实现空压机的的四种安全保护装置:超压、欠压保护、超温保护、断水保护、主电机保护,能有效改善各项指标,提高矿用空压机运行的安全性和可靠性,为现代采矿、采煤提供了良好的基础支持。本系统采用PLC为主控制器,选用PLC外部扩展模块实现空压机后备的综合保护。系统功能设计符合煤矿安全规程要求结构合理工作可靠、性能稳定、安装维护方便、应用效果良好。关键字:空压机PLC传感器安全保护AbstractThisdesignonth
