4、two-levelinterruptarchitecture,afullduplexserialport,on-chiposcillator,andclockcircuitry.Inaddition,theAT89S51isdesignedwithstaticlogicforoperationdowntozerofrequencyandsupportstwosoftwareselectablepowersavingmodes.TheIdleModestopstheCPUwhileallowingtheRAM,ti
