6、nnect,intermediateshaftcoupling.(3)fixedhoistopeningandclosingmachineofcommissioningopeningandclosingmachineinstallationfinishedHoufor勘察单位：延安工程地质勘测院施工单位：延安市东方建筑工程有限公司本工程为框架结构，地下三层，地上建筑为24层主楼，建筑面积27500㎡，裙楼五层为商业用。基础采用自然地基，持力层为圆砾3层，基础承载力特征值为260kPa。基础梁板式筏板混凝土强度等级为C40，基
7、础底设10㎝厚C15混凝土垫层，上做2mm厚非固化沥青防水涂料一道，3mm厚北京东方雨虹防水卷材一道，6㎝厚细石混凝土保护层，钢筋混凝土结构自防水，抗渗等级为P8。地下室墙厚度为300mm~600mm不等，钢筋混凝土结构自防水，抗渗等级为P8，3mm厚东方雨虹防水卷材一道，M4水泥砂浆砌120厚砖保护墙。顶板厚度为200mm。抗震等级为6度，抗震类别为乙类。基础工程自2014年10月开工，2015年6月完成。二、施工依据1、建设单位与施工单位签订的施工合同；2、设计单位的设计图纸、施工说明及工程设计变更单；3、经建设单位和监
