1、实验报告姓名:宋大威电气1302班学号2013422306741简介本次项目是以51系列单片机的增强型——AT89C51系列单片机,设计与制作单片机系统,按需求设计硬件原理图,编写、调试软件程序(KeiluVision4),硬件电路和软件程序结合,进行硬件调试仿真,烧写调试后的最终程序,系统上电运行。主要包括流水灯、数码管、矩阵键盘、蜂鸣器、数字时钟、液晶LCD1602、片外RAM扩展、A/D转换和D/A转换。所用芯片为AT89C51,CY62256,ADC0809,DAC0832锁存器74LS373。41目录第一章流水灯Ø1.1实验目的··
