1、为了规范公司会计核算，使会计报表能够客观、真实的反映公司的经济活动成果，为公司决策提供准确、有效的依据，根据《企业会计准则》和《企业会计制度》，统一集团公司会计科目使用，特制定会计科目使用说明如下：1、库存现金，2、银行存款（各企业根据公司银行账户开户行及账号设置二级科目）3、应收票据（指企业销售商品收到的商业汇票，包括银行承兑汇票和商业承兑汇票）4、应收账款（设置单位辅助往来）主要指企业销售业务完成但未收到货款时所用科目，本科目应按债务人进行明细核算。5、预付账款（设置单位辅助往来）主要指企业按照购销合同预付给供应单位的款
