4、foruseinandonfoodsandtheirconditionsofuse.(2)CommissionImplementingRegulation(EU)No872/2012 (3) adoptedalistofflavouringsubstancesandintroducedthatlistinPartAofAnnexItoRegulation(EC)No1334/2008.(3)ThatlistmaybeupdatedinaccordancewiththecommonprocedurereferredtoinArticle3(1)ofRegulation(EC)No1331/200
5、8,eitherontheinitiativeoftheCommissionorfollowinganapplicationsubmittedbyaMemberStateorbyaninterestedparty.(4)TheUnionlistofflavouringsandsourcematerialscontainsanumberofsubstancesforwhichtheEuropeanFoodSafetyAuthority(‘theAuthority’)hasrequestedadditionalscientificdatatobeprovidedforcompletionofthe
6、evaluationbeforethedeadlinesestablishedinPartAofAnnexItoRegulation(EC)No1334/2008.(5)InthecaseofthesubstancesbelongingtotheFlavouringGroupEvaluation(‘FGE203’)rev.1:thedeadlineof31 December2012wasestablishedintheUnionlistforthesubmissionofrequestedadditionalscientificdata.Thesubstancesbelongingtothis
