1、·中文摘要·髋关节表面置换与常规全髋关节置换短期临床效果的比较:Meta分析目的对国内外有关人工髋关节置换治疗髋关节疾病的研究文献进行分析,评价髋关节表面置换术与常规全髋关节置换术的临床效果,为临床髋关节置换手术术式选择提供理论依据。方法计算机检索1990年1月至2012年9月间MEDLINE、EBSCO、EMbase、PubMed、CHKD、CNKI、CBM、维普、万方数据库发表的有关髋关节表面置换与全髋关节置换临床效果比较的文献资料。主要是对术后髋关节功能的比较,由2位评价者按照纳入和排除标准
2、独立选择文献、提取资料、评价质量,然后采用stata10.0软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入八篇文献,共计986例髋关节置换术患者,其中表面置换术组患者460例,全髋关节置换术组患者526例。Meta分析发现,与常规全髋关节置换术相比,髋关节表面置换术后髋关节Harris功能评分差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论与THA相比,HRS后患者术后功能更佳,因此应根据临床手术适应症,适当选择髋关节表面置换手术。35关键词髋关节表面置换术(HRS),全髋关节置换术(THA),Harris
