2、筒及配套巷道、硐室会审时间2011年8月26号会审地点国投哈密一矿912会议室审查内容副斜井施工组织设计编制单位河南煤炭建设集团参加人员柳德岩、李金岭、梁德宏、郭修武、刘汉卿、武涛、赵慧明、吴世波、吕周省会审结论:1、井筒及巷道施工长度要按照图纸中标注尺寸写,不能出现多个尺寸。2、在综掘机停止工作期间,炮头必须落地(检修除外),在此期间所有人员严禁站在炮头上作业或休息。3、多辆无轨胶轮车在井筒内行驶期间要有信号指挥车辆行驶,错车期间必须在错车硐室内错车。4、加强井筒施工期间领导下井带班制度。5、井筒内锚网支护期间要求网片每
