2、企业间提升竞争能力的法宝。虚拟企业的成功关键在于如何选择合适的伙伴进行合作，所以虚拟企业的合作伙伴是非常重要的。本文主要讨论虚拟企业的合作伙伴的选择如何优化上，包括是进行虚拟企业的各成员企业的背景、意愿以及合作的目的，同时要考虑虚拟企业建立的理论基础等内容，让我们能够在懂得解虚拟企业的运作模式和企业基本信息的基础上，再定性与定量相结合、个体能力和总体实力相结合的新的虚拟企业合作伙伴综合选择模型。最后将所建的综合选择模型应用到国内一家大型销售企业的虚拟企业中，不仅能够了解虚拟企业合作伙伴选择的过程，而且能够将结果和其他
