1、大学学士学位论文自动捆扎机及纸带变轨机构设计摘要随着科学技术的发展，人们日益完善的生活中，纸币在交易中所占比例与日剧增，纸币的整理就显得繁琐：银行、超市等每天有大量的钞票要进行整理，主要就是对钞票打捆，在打捆过程中，人工打捆效率低下且不美观。为了节约时间，纸币打捆机显得极为重要。本文主要完成的任务有如下：自动捆扎机总体设计，其中包括捆扎机结构设计，涵盖了捆扎机的功能分析，捆扎机的运动过程分析，捆扎机传感器的原理及选择，捆扎机捆扎带的选择和性价分析，捆扎机纸带驱动电机和控制单元驱动电机功率和转速的选择。旋转夹装置结构设计及三维设计，并详细叙述了旋转夹夹片、旋转夹夹头、旋转夹保持块、旋
