1、锂离子电池尖晶石氧化锰锂 正极材料的研究 摘 要 锂离子电池在现代新能源中扮演着越来越重要的角色,在目前商品化锂离子电池中,正极材料主要还是氧化钴锂,而钴的数量有限,锂离子电池消耗钴量不少。另一方面,钴的价格最高,镍的价格其次,而锰的价格是最低的,由于我国的锰储量最丰富,应用氧化锰锂材料可以大大降低成本,而且锰无毒,污染小人们对回收利用问题在一次锂电池中已经积累丰富的经验,因此氧化锰锂成为正极材料研究的热点。锰氧化材料比较多,主要有三种结构:隧道结构,层状结构和尖晶石结构。研究氧化锰锂材料主要有尖晶石结构的LiMn2O4,Li4Mn5O9和Li4Mn5O12,以及层状结构的Li
2、MnO2。 对于LiMn2O4,通过引入适当的杂原子和采用新的溶胶—凝胶法制备可以有效的克服Jahn-Teller效应所造成的容量衰容减现象。当然通常制备LiMn2O4的方法是固相制备法。Li4Mn5O9,Li4Mn5O12可以用低温方法合成能作为锂离子电池理想的正极材料。层状结构的LiMnO2的容量比目前常用的正极材料质量容量均要高,可达270mAh/g,而且循环性能比较理想。随着电子技术的发展以氧化锰为正极锂离子电池将得到广泛的应用。 关键词:锂离子电池;正极材料;制备;发展;应用 II Research the spinel structure of lithium man
