2、对物流应用比较有限，并且存在运作效率低、统一配送率低、物流成本高、信息共享低以及信息化水平低等问题。通过对各种物流模式的探索和认识，分析其利弊，最后提出实施共同物流是中小零售企业提高物流服务的有效手段之一。中小零售企业在消费者需求、经营理念、和经验方式、商品及其相关经营技术、市场竞争等方面发生了深刻的变化，这就迫切需要推进共同物流。本文从确立中小零售企业共同物流模式理念、培育和壮大中小零售企业共同物流模式主体、整合中小零售企业物流资源等方面具体阐释了我国中小零售企业物流绩效提高及服务的完善合理化建议和管理策略。关键词
