7、同的文化。'文化是集体思想区别其他成员的因素(霍夫斯塔德,1991年。现如今,在经济全球化的时代,世界在快速发展,国际商务的接触日益密切,带来越来越多的商业机会,事实上,国际商务谈判是国际业务的重要组成部分,同时,我们也知道文化上的差异对国际商务谈判有很多的影响,如语言,礼仪,隐私,饮食习惯,时间观,思想观,价值观和态度等等,分析它们之间的分歧以及异同点,寻找出一些行之有效的方式,以避免或减轻跨文化因素对国际商务谈判的不利影响。从作者的角度来讲,每一次语言和文化障碍的跨越,都存在着交流上的问题,在很大程度上决定了国际事物的成败;成功的国际商业谈判必将有利于企
