1、白姑鱼中日群体遗传分化研究刁苏劲(浙江海洋学院渔业学院,浙江舟山316004)[摘要]白姑鱼(Argyrosomusargentatus)属鲈形目,石首鱼科,白姑鱼属,为暖温性近底层鱼类,广泛分布于印度洋和太平洋西部海域,我国沿海均有分布,是产量较高的重要经济鱼类。在东黄渤海和南海北部,白姑鱼的分布范围较广,从河口、海湾和沿岸浅海至水深110m陆架海域均有出现,以渤海湾、长江口、台湾浅滩和海南岛以东陆架区(包括整个粤东陆架区,以下简称陆架区)分布为主。为阐明白姑鱼不同地理群体的遗传结构和遗传变异,对白姑鱼青岛群体(5尾)、上海群体(4尾)、广州群体
2、(5尾)和日本有明海(5尾)群体,共19个个体的线粒体DNA(mitochondrial,mtDNA)的细胞色素b(cytb)基因片段序列进行分析,共获得四个群体cytb基因片断500bp的一致序列。在所获得的19个个体中总共检测到9个单倍型,各单倍型的变异全部是转换或颠倒,无插入和缺失。(A+T)含量平均值为49.9925%,日本有明海群体最高,为50.27%,大于(G+C)的含量49.73%,(G+C)含量平均值为50.0075%,最高则是广州和青岛群体。核苷酸多样度以青岛群体最高,为0.0068±0.0050,其它两个中国群体较低,最低的日本
3、有明海群体则只有0.0015±0.0016。有明海群体的FST值很大,为0.830到0.906之间,而中国的三个群体的FST值均很小,为-0.1022到-0.0424。成对的FST值清楚地表明白姑鱼的群体遗传结构分化主要在中日群体间。系统树显示存在中日两个完全隔离的地理分支。本研究结果有力地表明白姑鱼种群在黄渤海和东海之间有很高频率的种群间基因交流,但中日间存在非常有限的基因交流。[关键词]中日;白姑鱼;遗传分化;线粒体DNA17Geneticvariationofwhitecroaker(Argyrosomusargentatus)populat
