1、房产中介公司管理系统的设计与实现(论文范文,ASP.NET毕业设计)摘要房产中介管理系统是一个相对具有实时性的信息管理系统，它管理的信息数据量多，操作需要简便快捷，对计算机系统的处理能力，及软件系统的可靠性有很大的要求。通过市场调研，本系统针对洞庭房产中介公司的实际需求，主要完成后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序两个方面。前者要求设计一个性能良好满足数据一致，完整性和安全性要求的数据库。后者则要求应用程序具备功能完备，易操作的特点。数据库使用SQLServer2005，因为它功能强大操作简便，越来越多的开发工具提供了接口，SQLServer不但可以就用于大中型库管理
2、中，建立分布式关系数据库，在SQLServer的数据库处理方式，则是使用面向对象的操作方式，是相当面向对象的一个系统结构。开发工具使用VisualStudio2005，VisualStudio2005是可视化的编程工具，提供了一种所在地见即所得的可视界面设计方法，可以设计出合理，易上手，简单明了的操作界面。房产中介管理系统主要根据房主的房源信息和求房者的需求信息进行查询等管理，使双方客户达成房产交易。因此，在开发系统前需要细致的需求分析来进行软件开发。关键词：需求分析，程序设计，数据库，管理系统ABSTRACTItlietomanageinthehousepropert
