4、upnewdemandsforteachers,thesenewstandardswhichaimatproducingChinesespeakersEnglishwithanimpressivecompetentoflanguageuse,aremuchmoredemandingthanthepreviousones,especiallyintheprofessionalskillsofteacher.Itdemandsteachersshoulddevelophisprofessionalskillscontinually.
5、Moreover,NSECCsuggestthatteachershouldchangehistraditionalroles,fullyexertstudents'"principalpart’function,developtheabilitytoempowercourseresources,finishteachingtaskcreatively.Thus,teachersshoulddeveloptheirprofessionalskills,continuetolearnandenrichthemselves,rest
6、ructuretheirknowledgestructure,mastertheadvancingmethodsforinformationtaking,andchangetheirrolesfrom“experiences”.“toscholarsInthepracticeofteaching,teacherroleisnotthefaithfuladministersofteachingsyllabusanymore,theyshouldreflecttheirteachingprocesscontinually,andma
