6、·····················16泉州日新流量仪器仪表有限公司一、概述1)产品种类及适用领域SBL数显靶式流量计是在传统靶式流量计测量原理的基础上,充分利用其最优秀的特点,结合新型传感器技术和现代数字技术上研制、开发而成的全新型力感应靶式流量计,它既具有传统靶式、孔板、涡街等流量计无可动部件的特点,同时又具有与容积式流量计相媲美的测量准确度,加之其特有的抗干扰,抗杂质性能,轻便又可靠的特点,广泛使用于石油、化工、能源、食品、环保、水利等各个领域。从其使用后的效果上看,SBL数显靶式智能流量计具有极为广阔的
7、适用性。即:·适用于各种管径:从Φ15~Φ2000mm至更大·适用于高低温介质:从-196℃~+700℃·适用于高压力工况:从0~70Mpa(表压)2)产品特点·能准确测量各种常温、高温、低温工况下的液体、气体、蒸汽,粘稠介质及各种流体介质的流量·灵敏度极高,能测量超小流量,其可测量低流速为0.08m/s·无可动部件,使用安全可靠·计量准确,精度高,总量测量可达0.2%·测量范围宽,最大测量范围可达1∶30·重复性好,一般为0.1~0.08%,测量快速·压力损失小,仅为标准孔板的1/2△P左右·可采用干式标定方法,即
