1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)毕业设计说明书高炉布袋除尘的MCGS-PLC控制系统-43-内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)摘要高炉在生产过程中，会从炉顶排出大量煤气，其中含有大量粉尘，严重影响了高炉煤气的利用。因此高炉煤气需先进行净化。布袋除尘作为一种煤气除尘方式目前被很多高炉采用。布袋除尘器于19世纪中叶开始被应用于工业生产，其运行稳定可靠、使用灵活、操作简单、除尘效率高、能够满足严格的环保要求。自上世纪70年代以来，我国在中小高炉上推广使用干式布袋除尘的工艺技术，近20年来，诸多冶金企业在使用此技术中不断总结经验，进行技术改造，使之趋于完善。目前
2、布袋除尘器作为高炉煤气精除尘设备已被我国小高炉广泛采用。具有除尘效率高、运行稳定、节能、投资少、生产运行费用低和解决环保问题等优点。布袋除尘器的除尘效率在99%以上，压力损失小于2000Pa，净煤气含尘量可降低到5mg/m3以下。本设计采用的是逆气流反吹净煤气净化工艺。采用分室工作制，按照时间和压差两种反吹制度使阀门自动开闭，逐室地进行反吹。关键词：高炉煤气，布袋除尘，逆气流反吹-43-内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)AbstractTheblastfurnaceintheproductionprocess,candischargethemassivecoal
