1、第一章总体概述第一节施工程序总体设想本工程为办公区景观绿化工程，主要为绿化种植养护施工。本工程位于临沂市兰山区白沙埠柏庄村北1公里临沂转播台处。景观设计标准高，绿化工程量大，时间紧，任务重。为确保本合同段绿化施工的顺利实施，圆满完成业主交给的绿化施工任务，为我市绿化争取荣誉，在工程施工中必须遵守科学、严谨、安全、优质的原则，坚持质量就是生命，责任重于泰山的原则。强化安全质量意识，紧紧依靠科技进步，以严谨认真的态度、科学的方法、周密的组织，加强施工管理，严格规范作业，文明施工，采取切实有效的措施，按期完成绿化施工任务，争创社区绿化优质工程、样板工程。它的建成将对改善办公环境和

2、促进办公区域的美化发挥重要作用。第二节施工阶段划分随着社会对绿化的需求，住宅区、办公区绿化标准档次逐年提高，搞好此项绿化工程，光荣而艰巨。由于影响绿化施工进度和质量的因素很多，其中土壤条件是决定绿化效果的主要原因，沙砾地、风化岩、工程垃圾等混合劣质土壤都缺乏有机土壤团粒结构，在缺少种植土或表层土不足的土壤里栽植苗木，不利于苗木的生长成活。根据我单位在绿化施工中取得的成功经验，在进行苗木栽植前，应大面积或局部换土整理，才能使苗木正常生长成活。为确保本工程的顺利实施，按期完成景观施工任务，我单位制定了详细的施工计划。具体施工阶段划分为：Opinionsandsuggestion
