1、2011-2012年度水利工程建设监理工程师过渡考试大纲中国水利编制说明2011-2012年度水利工程建设监理工程师过渡考试大纲（以下简称大纲）由中国水利工程协会组织编写。大纲以国家有关工程建设法律法规和水利部颁发的有关规章、技术标准为基础，结合水利工程建设监理实际，按照“建设监理基础知识”、“建设监理实务”2个考试科目编写。大纲把水利工程建设监理工程师应具备的知识和能力划分为“了解”、“熟悉”和“掌握”三个层次。了解，即要求具有水利工程建设监理有关的广泛知识；熟悉，即要求对水利工程建设监理有关知识具有深刻的理解；掌握，即要
2、求能解决实际问题。大纲是2011-2012年度水利工程建设监理工程师过渡考试命题的依据，也是考生准备考试的指导性材料。Ellipticityofelbowpipeswithdiameterslessthanorequalto150mmmustbenotgreaterthan8%diameterof200mmorlessshallnotbegreaterthan6%.Wallthicknessofthepipewallthinningratemustnotexceedtheoriginal15%.Creaseroughness
