1、摘要微生物污水处理系统中,大部分微生物都是以微生物凝聚体的形式存在,比如絮状污泥,生物膜和颗粒污泥。EPS高分子量高聚物混合物,在纯培养、活性污泥、颗粒污泥和生物膜的研究中通过电子显微镜技术观察到它的存在。EPS对颗粒污泥的形成起重要作用,对微生物聚集体的物化特性有很明显的影响,包括结构、表面电荷、絮凝性、沉降性、脱水性和吸附特性。本研究中以屠宰废水为试验对象通过投加不同种类及不同浓度的外加碳源,探究了其对EPS及总磷的影响,研究发现,通过添加葡萄糖、淀粉、乙酸钠作为单一碳源以及无外加碳源时,EPS的总量分别维持在:无外加碳源时,TB-EPS和LB-
2、EPS的质量浓度平均值分别达到159.04mg/L和104.83mg/L,使用乙酸钠作为唯一碳源时,TB-EPS和LB-EPS的质量浓度平均值分别达到114.46mg/L和90.82mg/L,使用葡萄糖作为唯一碳源时TB-EPS和LB-EPS的质量浓度的平均值分别为173.74mg/L和106.38mg/L,使用淀粉作为唯一碳源时,TB-EPS和LB-EPS质量浓度的平均值分别达到222mg/L和189.19mg/L。当采用葡萄糖、淀粉、无外加碳源、乙醇钠作为唯一碳源时,COD去除率(质量分数)分别为90.01%,79.34%,85.73%,88.4
