2、商业银行队伍中的一员，有着与其他城市商业银行一样的发展历程。分析烟台银行发展的宏观环境和微观环境，找出阻碍烟台银行发展的问题与不足，探索研究烟台银行克服瓶颈加快发展的思路与对策，确立烟台银行良好的发展战略，对全国城市商业银行的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。本文从烟台银行发展的基本背景和历程入手，对烟台银行发展的现状和存在的问题进行了全面性分析，对烟台银行进行的战略性选择因素进行了论证，同时对国内外的文献资料进行了总结回顾，从中提取了具有价值的理论观点，最后提出了有效提升烟台银行发展战略的实施策略：需要强化市场定位和客户管理战略；在获得区域

3、性经营优势的情况下，加快推进跨区域经营；完善人才配置机制，形成严格的考核体系；细化管理，适度精准性的扩张；加快互联网金融开发，形成大数据掌控，加大新产品开发力度；强化风险管控，严格内控和信息披露方面管理。本文写作的目的是在烟台银行战略性发展的构建过程中，形成更为精准性的数据分析和研究，促进研究结论能够对烟台银行发展形成更为精准性的指导作用，以及能够对类似的城市商业银行发展形成全面性的借鉴意义。关键词：烟台银行发展战略措施Abstract30yearsofcommercialbanksinChinaachievedrapiddevel
