7、·········································10浅谈企业绩效工资绩效工资是指依据人或组织工作绩效,在对个人或组织工作绩效评估的基础上发放工资的一种工资制度。绩效工资在企业中有很重要的作用,具体体现在:由于员工的绩效的不同而导致其工资收入的不同的工资制度。是每一年都有的浮动薪酬。,但不是永久增加的固定薪酬。绩效工资不是局限于流水线工人,可以使用于任何公司的任何岗位,包括银行,会计师事务所,律师事务所等等;其目的是找出和奖赏绩效好的员工并且鼓励每一个人都更加努力,以更好的方法去工作;真正的绩效工资是正规化
