1、我国商业银行国际化经营战略研究[摘要]随着我国开放程度的进一步提高，需要银行的国际化提供必要的金融服务。中国银行业已全部对外开放，既给我国银行业带来了广阔前景，也伴随着空前的竞争压力。随着国际化进程的推进，中国商业银行也将自己暴露在了国际金融市场中。中国商业银行不仅需要在国内承受外资进入中国后不断升高的竞争压力，而且还必须加快其走出去的发展步伐，尽快实现融入国际金融市场的目标预期。国际金融危机爆发以来,许多国家金融机构遭受重创,业务收缩,这为我国商业银行“走出去”进行跨国经营提供了机遇。因此,我国商业银行要抓住机遇,积极推进国际化经营。本文以我国商业银行国际化经营的战略为研

2、究对象。首先从介绍我国商业银行国际化经营的背景入手，在此基础上指出了我国商业银行国际化经营的必要性；然后阐述了我国商业银行国际化经营的现状；并深入的分析当前我国商业银行在国际化经营中存在的问题以及在金融危机背景下我国商业银行国际化经营面临的机遇和挑战；最后针对上述问题提出了我国商业银行国际化经营的策略。[关键词]商业银行国际化经营研究3StudyontheStrategyofInternationalBusinessofChina’sCommercialBank[Abstract]AsChina'sopennesstofurtherincreasethebank'sinte
