1、(3)论文提出了建设园林生态城市的基本原则，认为在城市发展经济的同时，必须兼顾社会、经济、生态三个效益的协调和可持续发展。(4)在园林生态城市的应用研究方面，本研究以安宁市建设园林生态城市为例，综合国内外相关标准提出符合安宁实际、可操作性较强的园林生态城市建设标准。(5)利用遥感技术对安宁市生态环境建设进行监测和评价，研究方法和技术路线新颖，监测手段先进，结果符合精度要求。(6)应用有关理论和国内外经验，以生态学原理和可持续发展理论为指导，按照“城市与自然共存”和“人、资源、环境协调发展”的原则，提出了安宁园

2、林生态城市的实施战略，以发展绿色事业为主线，科学规划建设园林生态城市。(7)对工业企业点源和农业水土流失面源污染进行分析研究并提出了综合治理的对策，认为在全面实施园林生态城市建设规划的同时，必须对安宁市的工矿企业的污染物排放进行重点治理，通过环境工程辅以生态建设工程的手段减轻其对环境的压力。(8)对农业面源污染和水土流失进行分析研究并提出了综合治理的对策，针对面源污染重点，加强生态环境建设，结合社会主义新农村建设，通过环境工程和生态工程建设，推行清洁农业生产技术，加强大地的绿化美化和水土保持工作，形成城乡一体
