1、基于PLC的曲轴感应加热装置控制系统设计摘要本设计通过触摸屏与PLC的结合实现对曲轴感应加热的控制,在设计的触摸屏上设置相应的操作按钮,这些操作按钮的存储器地址与PLC的地址相对应[6],触摸屏接收到操作指令后,通过RS232通信电缆可以将操作信号传送给PLC,PLC接收到正确的操作指令后,将操作信号传送到对应的操作设备,即可实现触摸屏对曲轴的移动、旋转、加热、间隙、冷却等淬火工序的控制,完成曲轴感应淬火的特殊工艺的智能化监控,替代了复杂而繁琐的现场操作,为曲轴感应淬火提供全自动控制。触摸屏与PLC的结合不仅实现了对曲轴感应加热设备的自动控制,还可以对曲轴整个淬火过程进行智能化监控,便于查
