1、ABSTRACTBytheendof2014，thepopulationoftheagedwhoseageis60yearsoldandbeyondhasbrokenthrough212million，about15．5percentofthetotalpopulationinChina．Thereis1．1265millionof60．year．oldandbeyondpeopleinHunanprovinceasoneofaprovincewhichhasthelargestpopulmioninChina，anditis16．7percentof

2、inhabitantsinHunan．InHunan，therateofbringinguptheoldmanisovertheaverageinwholecountry，andtheagingbecomeserious．Socialproblemscausingbytheaginggiverisetothedifferencedemandinelderlyservicescannotbesatisfiedintraditionalfamilies，SOitbecomessignificantchoicetodevelopthepensionservi

3、ceindustry．Theold—ageserviceindustryconcludesthecommunityhomeelderlyservicesandinstitutionselderlyservices．Inthisthesis，thetwokindsofpensionservices，communityhomeelderlyservicesandinstitutionselderlyservices，willbeanalyzedseparately．TakeHunanprovinceasagreatexample．Thisthesisana

4、lyzesrecentdevelopmentandshortageofcommunityhomeelderlyservicesandinstitutionelderlyservicesonthesupplyanddemandsandalsoprovidessomeadvices．ByusingthedatafromquestionnairesinHunan，thispaperanalyzesthefactorsinfluencingthedemandsofcommunityhomeelderlyservicesandtheserviceprojects

5、providedbythecommunity．Basedontheconceptsofdemandsandthe万方数据subjectsofsupply，thispaperalsoanalyzesthesupplyanddemandsonthedevelopmentofinstitutionelderlyservicesseparately．Basedontheresearchresultofthispaper，theimportantfactorswhichinfuenceonthedevelopmentofthecommunityhomeelder

6、lyservicesarethefactorofwill，thefactorofindividualityandthefactoroffamily，especiallythedegreeofsatisfactory，ageandmarriageasthemostimportantfactors．Andtheobviousfactorsaffectingthesupplydevelopmentofthecommunityhomeelderlyservicesarethehealthycare，clothes，financeandpyschological
