1、立体车库的设计研究摘要大型立体车库实现各类车辆的自动停放及合理停放的仓库型设施。伴随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为发达国家以及大中型城市的普遍现象。机械式立体车库起到充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆的作用,成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本课题以比较典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,综合分析立体车库的制造成本和运作效率这两方面。本论文对国内外车库现状及发展趋势进行了调查和研究,决定选择三层两列式车库结构为研究对象。对于本次设计的升降横移式立体车库,分为三大
2、部分:车库结构设计部分、传动机构设计部分和控制系统设计部分。论文主要介绍了立体车库的主体结构和特点,对车库的控制系统进行简单的说明。对车库进行受力分析时,由于车库的受力是一个复杂的力系,运用了有限元分析软件对车库钢结构强度以及传动结构钢强度进行综合的受力分析。本文设计自动化立体车库的类型选用升降横移式立体车库,设计车位为24个,分为三层两列。该车库优点是:占地少、操作安全和便捷,低耗能。关键词:立体车库;自动化;钢结构强度;有限元软件AbstractLargescalethree-dimensi
