1、建筑钢结构工型钢焊接摘要本文主要针对钢结构制作当中所用到的H型钢焊接进行详细论述,由于钢结构的材料力学性能及特点决定着它的焊接性,所以在设计过程中必须选择合适的焊接顺序、焊接方法和焊接工艺参数。由于钢结构制作过程中大部分都是采用的H型钢焊接,翼板和腹板的拼接所采用的是埋弧自动焊,构件之间的连接主要是焊缝连接,所以焊接质量要十分重视。预防较长的H型钢在生产过程中产生变形,必要情况下采取二次矫正。最后对焊接过程中容易出现的缺陷进行分析,并提出有效的防止措施。关键词:H型钢翼板腹板1目录前言·····················
