1、洛阳理工毕业设计论文(论文)年产40万吨啤酒厂废水处理站工程设计摘要本设计为啤酒废水处理工程设计。啤酒废水含有大量有机物,这些有机物浓度高,无毒有害,本身毒性较小,不会造成较大污染,但是排入水体要消耗大量的溶解氧,对水体环境造成严重危害。啤酒工业废水BOD5/CODcr含量高,有利于生化处理。生化处理与物理法、化学法相比较具有以下特点:一、处理工艺比较成熟;二、处理效率高,CODcr、BOD5去除率高,一般可达80%~90%以上;三、处理成本低(运行费用省),经过对各种处理工艺的对比,最终选择UASB+SBR作为处理工艺。本工艺流程设有中、细格栅、调节沉淀池,对污水进行
2、预处理,去除水中较大的悬浮颗粒并可调节水质水量。生化处理单元采用UASB及SBR,可达到有机物去除效率,并由于啤酒废水的工艺特点水质水量分布不均匀,恰好符合SBR工艺特点,适合变化水量且剩余污泥量少,不用设置二沉池,故可节约成本,提高经济效益。本污水处理流程简单稳定,对水量、水质的变化有很强的适应能力,可确保出水的COD、BOD和SS指标达到设计任务书的排放标准。通过初步估算,该工艺也将带来可观的经济效益和良好的环境效益。本设计书将对格栅、调节沉淀池、UASB反应器、SBR反应器、污泥浓缩池等主要构筑物进行计算,并绘制平面图、高程图、主要构筑物共六张图纸。关键词:啤酒废
