1、大规模风电接入对电力系统暂态稳定风险的影响研究何廷一1，李胜男1，吴水军2，陈振3，郑子萱3（1.云南电力科学研究院，昆明650217；2.云南电力试验研究院有限公司，昆明650051；3.四川大学电气信息学院，成都610065）摘要：大规模风电接入电网可能影响电网运行状态，造成系统暂态稳定特性改变，量化大规模风电接入对电力系统暂态稳定风险的影响，是保证风电消纳和电网安全的重要课题。在研究系统暂态稳定性分析中的风电模型和电网故障严重程度的基础上，提出一种评估大规模风电接入的电力系统暂态稳定风险评估方法。该方法充分计及风电出力与系统故障状态的随机性，并基于效用理论
