1、波纹翅片的传热与流动特性研究摘要;近些年来能源与环境问题日益加剧,保护环境、降低能源消耗成为当今世界的主题,因此各行业的学者都肩负减少能耗的重任。板翅式换热器是在20世纪问世的,由于其在节省能源与材料方面的优越性,如今在石油化工、能源动力、冶金、制冷、航天等各领域已经获得了广泛的应用。翅片管换热器在制冷、空调等领域广泛应用。波纹翅片是这种紧凑式换热器的翅片类型中的一种,它增加了传热面积和扰流的程度,对换热器的性能有很大的提升。本文应用FLUENT软件针对波纹翅片管换热器空气侧换热进行数值模拟。并研究Re数、管排数和管径等参数对空气侧传热和流动特性的影响。同时对不同尺寸的波纹翅片进行了数值模拟
2、分析并计算出各个模型的换热因子j和阻力因子f,根据他们的数值判断翅片在该模型下的性能优略。最后考察了波纹形式、管排、翅片间距、波峰到波谷投射长度和波峰到波谷高度对流动换热性能的影响。关键词:波纹翅片;数值模拟;换热因子;阻力因子;换热性能studyonheattransferandflowofwavyfinsAbstract;Inrecentyears,energyandenvironmentalissuesincrease,protectingtheenvironmentandreducingenergyconsumptionarethethemesofthepresentworld.Pl
