2、lentmechanicalproperties,thermalstability,chemicalandoxidativeresistance.TheaimofthisworkistomodifyPPEKbymeansofsulfonation,chloromethylation/quaternization,dopingsulfonatedPPEKwithinorganicparticlessuchascesiumhydrogensulfate(cS),zirconiumhydrogenphosphatehydrate(ZrP)and12-phosphot
3、ungsticacid(PWA),topreparepolymerelectrolytemembranesOaEM)forfuelcells,andtostudytherelationshipbetweerlstructureandpropertiesofthepolymerelectrolytemembranes.Firstly,thesulfonatedPPEKs(SPPEKs)weresynthesizedbyreactingPPEKwith98%concentratedsulfuricacidor98%concentratedsulfuricacida
4、ndchlorosulfonicacidmixtureunder80-100℃.ThepresenceofsulfonicacidgroupsinSPPEKsWasconfirmedbyFouriertransforminfraredanalysis,EnergyDispersiveX—Rayand1HNMRspectrum.Theoptimumreactionconditionswas59PPEKinthemixtureof70mlconcen仃atedsulfuricacidof98%and10mlchlorosulfonicacidat90"Cfor3h
