5、dizationandanti-monopolyregulations.Americamainlyutilizesthereasonableprincipletoscrutinizewhetherabigcompanyviolatestheanti-trustlawwhenthebigcompanyusesdefactostandardtogoinforcompetitionandgainshugeprofits.Americatakesaflexibleapproachtodealwiththemon
6、opolyinducedbydefactostandard.EuropeanUnionstakestheprincipleofremovingdisadvantagesandreservingbenefitstoregulateanti-competitiontoapplythelawofcompetition.JapaneselegislationfollowstheAmericanstepsandalsotakesthereasonableprinciple.Injudicialpractices,
