1、毕业设计(论文)多级净化新风过滤性能研究学院机械工程学院专业机械工程及自动化班级2010级3班学号1001100430姓名曾博东指导老师胡映宁、王艳二〇一四年六月二日摘要随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对环境污染的关注已经不仅仅局限于室外,室内环境的空气品质也已经成为人们关注的焦点。室内空气净化已经成为居家生活的主题之一。本文针对课题组自主研发制造的新风机,对不同工况下新风机的多级过滤净化效果和工作性能及特性进行测试分析,计算出新风机的净化效率和滤网阻力,通过对数据的分析,评价多级净化新风过滤的运行性能,并提出改进的措施。主要内容包括:测试并且计算出不同材料、相同
2、滤网材料下不同面积、相同滤网相同面积不同风量下新风机的过滤效率和滤网阻力特性,将所得的结果绘制成表格和曲线图。通过对计算结果进行比较,并结合空气净化过滤的相关理论,得出如下结论:1.HEPA除尘滤网、活性炭网、冷触媒网的放置顺序不影响空气净化的效率;2.活性炭网与冷触媒网对PM2.5和PM10没有过滤效果;3.相同风量下滤网的面积越大,新风机的过滤效果越好;4.相同面积下,风量越小,新风机的过滤效果越好;5.风量越小,滤网对空气的阻力越小;相同风量下滤网的面积越大,滤网对空气的阻力越小,损失的能量越少;6.滤网的面积越小、风机的风量越小,产生的噪音越小。7.滤
