1、.新型稠化粉在建筑砂浆中的应用研究高昱1张岩2王栋民1左彦峰1(1.中国矿业大学材料系,北京100083)(2.北京城建四公司中心试验室,北京100083)摘要膨润土(矿物学名称叫蒙脱石),以其超微细的组织结构和特殊性能在国际上已被广泛应用于多个方面。以膨润土为主要原料的砂浆稠化粉不含石灰和引气成分,可替代全部石灰膏用于混合砂浆中,掺稠化粉砂浆抗压强度高,抗渗性好,收缩值低,耐久性好,适用于所有砌筑和粉刷砂浆。本文通过宏观对比性试验,建筑砂浆中掺复合外加剂和膨润土后,分层度比传统的掺加石灰膏的砂浆明显减小,早期强度提高,而且高于掺石灰膏砂浆的强度,但掺量仅为石灰膏
2、的1/5左右,且防水性能有所增强。通过微观XRD和SEM分析,发现抗压强度、抗渗能力增加的原因在于水化充分、结构密实。砂浆稠化粉的使用,提高和改善建筑工程质量,促进砂浆商品化进程,并获得良好的经济效益,同时具有环保意义。关键词:膨润土;建筑砂浆;稠化粉AbstractBentonite(montorilloniteclayinmineralogy)hasbeenwidelyusedinseveralconditionsallovertheworldforitsultra-minuteconfigurationandspecialfunction.Whenuseda

6、copicmechanismoftheinteractionbetweenbentoniteandcementandtherulesoftheinteractionwiththemethodofmacroscopiccontrastiveanalysisandmicrocosmicXRDandSEManalysis.Bysuchanalysis,thepaperintentstorevealthereasonofstrengthandanti-penetrateimprovement.Thatisthenewthickeningpowdermakethecemen
