1、安全指挥中心安全生产责任制第一节安全指挥中心安全生产责任制一、安全指挥中心安全生产责任制（一）安全指挥中心要履行职责，正确行使以下安全指挥权利1、指挥权：有对全矿的安全工作全面指挥、全面调度权。2、否决权：对不符合安全生产法律、法规及行业标准规定的，有权否决。3、停产权：发现有可能危及职工生命安全的安全隐患时，有下达立即停产的权利。4、人事权：对本中心人员有单独任免权。5、支配权：有对矿井安措资金进行计划支配的权利。6、处罚权：有对违反安全生产管理规定的单位和个人进行处罚的权利。（二）安全指挥中心职责1、负责安全工作全面指挥、全面管理、全面监督。2、负责安全隐患
2、排查、信息收集、汇总、分析、处置、验收、销号及上报。3、监督检查《生产安全事故应急救援预案》、《矿井灾害预防与处理计划》的贯彻落实情况，负责对安全事项提出意见。4、全面负责全矿安全工作状况。定期召开安全例会，定期公布deformationsmall;DangengineeringpilealsoforperfusionpileShi,cansynchronizationconstruction,toconstructionconducivetoorganization,andconvenient,anddurationshort;pilebetweengapea
